In 1993, Darren Fletcher founded Lostock Installations with a simple vision: deliver exceptional service built on relationships and family values. Starting as a specialist sprinkler maintenance company, we've grown over 32 years into one of the North's most established and trusted providers.
From sprinkler maintenance to serving clients like Chanel, Estée Lauder Group, and Avolta, what began as a focused maintenance service has evolved into a comprehensive construction, installation, and maintenance company.
Our evolution reflects our ability to adapt and grow, yet through three decades of growth, we've never lost sight of what made us successful—treating every client like family and every project like it matters.

The Beginning
Founded in 1993, the company started with pipework installations and sprinkler work. Our first employee joined that year and is still with us today, alongside our finance and administration manager who came
on board shortly after.

Building Relationships
We secured direct contracts at Manchester and Liverpool Airports, handling sprinkler testing, plumbing callouts, and small works. Our reputation for rapid response times opened doors to new opportunities across both sites.

Today, we're one of the North's most established providers, delivering fit-out works for some of the world's largest luxury and retail brands. What began as maintenance has evolved into a comprehensive construction, installation, and maintenance company.
